Framework Architecture
- Iron oxides (CD-MUSIC): Structurally-informed three-plane EDL for mineral surfaces
- Organic matter (NICA-Donnan / LCD): Non-ideal competitive adsorption with electrostatic partitioning
- Biochar (Three-site NICA): Carboxylic, phenolic, and pyridinic nitrogen sites
- Mass balance: Total metal = sum of all phase concentrations
